The agencies come to our warehouse each month to pick up the donated items. They take the donations back to their programs and distribute them to their clients in the most effective manner possible. Windfall does not accept referrals for individual clients; our items are distributed exclusively through our agency partners.

Just wanted to let you know that since yesterday we have had two clients come into the office straight from being released from court: one in summer clothing and one in an orange jumpsuit (that they wear in prison). The clothes we picked up from you yesterday could not have come at a better time for these two gentlemen, as the temperature has dropped dramatically and they were freezing! Just thought you would like to know how much we and our clients appreciate your help.
